    Lorena and Charles were loved not just as friends but family. Lots of memories were made over the years- Till we all meet again-

    I am so sorry for the loss of Lorena. She was a beautiful soul and I have the fondest memories of our families together. Love, hugs and prayers for Chuck, Connie and all of her loved ones.

    Lorena Bishop Bagley, 88, of Victoria, VA joined her family in Heaven on January 5, 2023. She was the daughter of the late Elbert Eugene Bishop and Frances Parson Bishop and sister of the late Eugene B. “Bubba” Bishop and baby brother Ronnie Bishop. She is survived by her son, Charles G. “Chuck” Bagley, Jr. (Connie); of Victoria; her granddaughter, Katelyn Bagley (Heath) of Richmond; grandson, Cody Bagley (Teresa) of Victoria; great-grandson, Calvin Gray Bagley; two sisters, Jean Carey (Snead) of Roxboro, NC and Beverly Hagopian (Mike) of Richmond; Sister-in-law Carolyn Bishop, Beloved niece Michelle Bishop Irby (Jason) & great nephew Landon Irby of Fredericksburg. Lorena loved children and was a retired teacher’s aide at Victoria Elementary School. She was a member of Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 9954 and member of the Victoria United Methodist Church. She enjoyed her hummingbirds, collecting anything with sunflowers on it, nascar and the Washington Nationals have lost their biggest fan. Memorial services will be held 2PM Sunday, January 8, 2023 at the Staples Funeral Home in Victoria. The family will recieve friends at Chuck and Connie's at all times. In lieu of flowers please consider memorial donations to Lunenburg County Youth Baseball League, P.O. Box 943, Victoria, Va. 23974 or Lunenburg Girls Softball, 1751 Unity Road, Kenbridge, VA 23944
