I am sorry to know Otis has passed, he always was kind and considerate and asking how my Daddy was doing, being Daddy was the brother of the late Sam T. Phillips Nancy Gayle's father. I pray for the family

Sincere condolences to family and friends. Our hearts share your pain. Otis was a very kind hearted sweet soul. He was always so happy and a joy to be around. We are blessed to have known him and have great memories of our laughs together as he mingled from table to table at the dance. Otis won his race and the Angels rejoice cause Heaven gained another beautiful soul. May your wonderful memories carry you far and may you be strengthened by Gods mercy and grace daily. God bless . RIP sweet friend
