Michael Keith Hayes, 38, of South Hill, Va. went to be with the Lord on July 28, 2023. He was the son of the late Connie Kirby Hall; nephew of the late, Donna Faye Flint and son-in-law of the late Wayne Figgatt. He is survived by his wife and best friend Barbara Jean Hayes; his son, Nickolas Hancock; brother, Tony Kirby; grandmother, Thelma Seamster; mother-in-law, Susan Figgatt; sisters-in-law, Tammi Baskerville and Angela Figgatt; brother-in-law, Mike Figgatt (Felicia); nephew and special friend, Ryan Figgatt. Also surviving are uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Keith attended Central High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and raising a garden. He was a member of Vibrant Church and loved to sit on the porch and listen to music with Nickolas. He will always be remembered for his happy and caring personality. The Atlanta Falcons have lost their Biggest fan. Memorial services will be held Friday, August 4, 2023 at 4:30pm at New Hope Baptist Church, 255 Union Mill Road, LaCrosse, Va. 23950.
