Phyllis Marie Hood, 98, of Victoria, Virginia went to be with the Lord August 20th 2023 just one day before her 99th birthday! She was preceded in death by her husband Elmo Hood and a grandson, Roderick Dean Robertson. She is survived by her daughters Patricia Robertson of Dundas, VA, Joan Shifflett of Lanexia, VA, & Cindy Buchanan of Moyock, NC. There are seven grandchildren & 17 great-grandchildren with four great- great-grandchildren. Phyllis was a resident of Victoria for over 90 years. Victoria was her beloved hometown! She will be remembered for her inner strength, work ethic & love of home which she imparted into her daughters. The family will gather at graveside for a time of celebrating her many years on earth!
